Bylaws
Members are invited to review the proposed Tech Division BYLAWS 2025 document.
Our bylaws were last updated in 2015 and have been updated in 2025 to meet APA's model division bylaws and include a GitHub Repo (appointed) manager. Please review the BYLAWS 2015 document for comparison.
The comment period for this proposed update runs from July 15, 2025 through August 30th, 2025. Division members were invited to the June 2, 2025 annual business meeting where we will discuss the update.
Bylaw changes are proposed by the Executive Committee or by a petition signed by at least ten current members. Bylaw changes are approved by a plurality of valid ballots.
